  1. Ensuring end to end payroll processing activities within the defined SLA and timelines
  2. Ensuring 100% accuracy with payroll output
  3. Ensuring Statutory compliances are met within the defined timelines
  4. Proactive and effective communication within the team and with clients
  5. Managing team of payroll analyst

Position Associate team Lead Indian Payroll : 5 nos with the following Job Responsibilities

  1. Graduate or post graduate
  2. 4-6 years of experience of handling Indian Payroll
  3. Team handling experience would be an added advantage
  4. Should be excellent on excel
  5. Ability to handle monthly review calls/meeting with clients

Position Team Lead : Indian Payroll : 2 nos with following Job Responsibilities

  1. Graduate or post graduate
  2. 6 years of experience of handling large Indian Payroll
  3. Must have 10+ team size handling experience
  4. Should have an excellent communication written/verbal
  5. Ability to handle monthly review calls/meeting with clients
