Challenge
The client has two location in India i.e. Pune and Bangalore and at both these locations, they use their own pay logic and process. Though being a single entity, the process was decentralised. Due to manual processing they faced inaccuracy in reports, and migration was not as per expected. The biggest problem they faced while on boarding was that they needed local support at both locations.
