Client’s payroll was already outsourced with some local vendor. Major challenge was with the changes in TDS compliance. The system was not updated with these changes and all this was impacting payroll output and errors were creeping in TDS. Client was concerned about updated rules of government. The client was using an in-house software that was reliant on a specific individual . In the absence of that person, the client was unable to process and credit the employees’ salaries on time.
