Challenge
The client’s payroll was already outsourced, and previous vendor was serving from last 5-6 years. Client faced lots of dependency on previous vendor and they felt the vendor was not supportive, as they had stringent workflow-based system which was to be followed. Hence, they were looking for a change. They had complex payroll processing being in retail gas industry and had multiple outlets in state of Gujrat. Migration was also challenging as they were very particular in terms of requirements.
