Rekha was hired with strong focus of creating Paysquare a brand and with her skills and attitude has brought Paysquare to newer heights. With her focused approach towards the goal she has been successful in adding more than 300+ clients. Today she effectively handles departments like client servicing and admin apart from directing a team of sales achievers.
Immense sales experience makes Rekha a undoubted achiever in her work. Prior to joining Paysquare, Rekha has worked with ICICI Bank Ltd.
Bipin is a CA and has over 10 years of experience in delivery, migration and payroll functional and technical operations. He has extensively worked with customers from various geographies (India, Congo-Africa, Singapore, UAE, etc.) and across industries.
Since his start with Paysquare in 2008, Bipin is involved in migrating clients to Paysquare system and has successfully handled more than 300 migrations, which was only possible with his street smart personality and cross industries domain knowledge of Payroll.
His functional and technical knowledge has helped evolve Paysquare to newer platforms and has resulted in a constant client retention.
Sanhita is a committed HR Professional with more than 9 years of experience in Human Resource Management in IT & Service sectors. She brings along an extensive experience in setting up HR Processes, forming HR Strategies, planning, organization development, strategic change, employee relations, compensation & benefits, rewards & recognition programs besides the core operational HR functions at corporate level.
She is a strategic leader with high dedication towards her work and is among the very few HR professionals who have good hold of entire gamut of HR.
